He always explains everything to us so we understand what he’s doing

We had an emergency when our furnace went out last year. We bought the home two years before and didn’t know anyone to call so I called the number that was on the furnace panel. It was Joe’s company. He came out immediately and fixed the problem. We have such a positive connection with him so we’ve had PowerHouse as our service company ever since. Whenever he does work for us he’s so nice. He always explains everything to us so we understand what he’s doing. I would recommend Joe to anyone needing his help.
